Section 01

Introduction

Overview of the Platform

edgecash is a performance-based affiliate marketing network that facilitates the relationship between advertisers and affiliate marketers. The platform enables Advertisers to list promotional offers and Affiliates to earn commission-based compensation by driving measurable actions — including but not limited to lead generation, user sign-ups, account registrations, and completed sales — on behalf of those Advertisers.

edgecash operates as an intermediary platform, providing the infrastructure, tracking technology, reporting tools, and payment processing services necessary to support these relationships. We do not guarantee the success of any marketing campaign, nor do we warrant specific earnings outcomes for any Affiliate.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Affiliate," "Advertiser," or "you") and edgecash ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, Affiliates, and Advertisers.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing your account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" shall refer to that entity.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platformedgecash and all associated services, tools, interfaces, APIs, and tracking infrastructure.
• AffiliateA registered individual or entity that promotes Advertiser Offers through approved marketing channels in exchange for commission-based compensation.
• AdvertiserA registered individual, brand, or company that lists Offers on the Platform and pays commissions for qualifying conversions generated by Affiliates.
• OfferA specific promotional campaign made available by an Advertiser on the Platform, including its defined payout structure, targeting parameters, approved traffic sources, and conversion requirements.
• ConversionA completed action — such as a lead submission, account registration, purchase, or other measurable event — that meets the criteria defined by the Advertiser for a specific Offer and is validated by the Platform's tracking system.
• CommissionThe monetary compensation earned by an Affiliate upon the successful validation of a Conversion attributable to that Affiliate's promotional activities.
• Tracking LinkA unique URL or identifier assigned to an Affiliate to attribute traffic and Conversions to that Affiliate's account.
• Payout ThresholdThe minimum accumulated Commission balance required before an Affiliate may request or receive a payment.
• FraudAny intentional or negligent act or omission designed to generate false, invalid, or misleading Conversions, clicks, impressions, or other platform events, including the use of bots, automated traffic, incentivized actions, or misrepresentation.
• UserAny individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered, including Affiliates, Advertisers, and Managers.

Section 03

Eligibility

Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to register for or use the edgecash platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The platform is not intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that the entity is duly organized and validly existing under applicable laws, and that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Geographic Restrictions

The edgecash platform is available to users in most jurisdictions worldwide, subject to applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access or limit certain features to users in specific geographic regions, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or regulatory prohibitions.

It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the platform if doing so would violate any applicable laws or regulations in your country or region.

Compliance Obligations

All users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those governing digital marketing, data privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, and financial transactions. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable legal requirements in every jurisdiction in which they operate.

Section 04

Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices associated with your account. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, and to immediately notify edgecash support if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

edgecash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All actions taken through your account are presumed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for such actions.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including regarding your identity, business nature, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account per User

Each individual or legal entity may maintain only one active Affiliate account on the platform. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or engaging in any form of system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned and all commissions being forfeited.

Section 05

Affiliate Obligations

Approved Traffic Sources

Affiliates must only promote Offers through traffic sources and marketing methods that are explicitly approved in the relevant Offer terms or by edgecash in writing. Prohibited traffic sources include, but are not limited to: unsolicited bulk email (spam), misleading or deceptive advertising, incentivized traffic where not permitted, coupon or cashback sites (unless approved), branded search bidding (unless approved), and malware or adware distribution.

Before using any traffic source or promotional method not explicitly approved, Affiliates must obtain prior written approval from their assigned edgecash account manager. Unapproved traffic may result in conversion invalidation and account suspension.

Promotional Conduct

Affiliates must at all times conduct their promotional activities in a professional and ethical manner. You agree to:

• Represent Advertiser Offers accurately and without misleading exaggeration or false claims.
• Comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including disclosure requirements for paid promotions, endorsements, and affiliate relationships.
• Not make income guarantees, earnings projections, or other performance promises that are not substantiated and approved by the Advertiser.
• Ensure that all landing pages, pre-landers, and promotional creatives you use comply with platform guidelines and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Respect all geographic targeting restrictions specified in Offer terms.

Compliance with Offer Terms

Each Offer listed on the platform is subject to specific terms and conditions defined by the Advertiser. Affiliates are responsible for reading and complying with all Offer-specific terms before promoting that Offer. Failure to comply with Offer terms may result in commission clawbacks, account suspension, or termination.

Section 06

Advertiser Obligations

Offer Accuracy and Compliance

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all Offers listed on the edgecash platform are accurately described, legally compliant, and do not infringe on any third-party rights. Advertisers must ensure that their products, services, and promotional materials comply with all applicable consumer protection, advertising, and industry-specific regulations.

Tracking and Conversion Validation

Advertisers are responsible for implementing and maintaining accurate tracking mechanisms to record and validate Conversions. Any disputes regarding Conversion counts or quality must be raised with edgecash within the timeframe specified in the relevant service agreement. Advertisers must not manipulate tracking data or withhold payment for legitimate Conversions.

Payment Obligations

Advertisers agree to maintain sufficient funds in their platform account to cover all active Offer payouts. edgecash reserves the right to pause or remove any Offer from the platform where the associated Advertiser account has insufficient funds. Advertisers remain liable for all Commissions earned by Affiliates prior to any account pause or termination.

Section 07

Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn Commissions based on the payout structure defined in each individual Offer. Payout models may include Cost Per Action (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Install (CPI), Revenue Share (RevShare), or other performance-based models as specified. The applicable payout rates are displayed within the platform and are subject to change by Advertisers with reasonable notice.

Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold for all Affiliates is $100.00 USD (net). Commissions will not be released until your account balance meets or exceeds this minimum. This threshold applies regardless of payment schedule or method selected.

Payment Schedule — Tiered Terms

edgecash operates a tiered payment schedule designed to establish trust and reward consistent performance. The following terms apply:

  First Payment — Net-30 / $100 Minimum
  Your very first commission payment is processed on Net-30 terms — meaning payment is issued 30 days after the end of the billing period in which the commissions were earned. A minimum balance of $100.00 USD (net) must be reached before the payment request is eligible. This initial cycle allows edgecash to verify traffic quality and ensure conversion legitimacy.

  Second Month Onward — Net-15 / $50 Minimum
  Starting from your second calendar month of active promotion — provided your first payment was processed without issue — you become eligible for Net-15 payment terms. Under Net-15, commissions are paid 15 days after the end of the billing period. The minimum payout threshold drops to $50.00 USD for Net-15 accounts in good standing.

  Weekly Payments — Performance Track
  High-volume affiliates who consistently meet quality benchmarks may qualify for weekly payment cycles. Weekly payments are processed every Monday for the prior week's validated commissions. Eligibility for weekly payments is determined by edgecash at its sole discretion, based on volume, traffic quality, and account standing. Contact your account manager to apply.

Conversion Validation

All Conversions are subject to validation by edgecash's tracking system and, where applicable, by the Advertiser. edgecash reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust Commission payments for Conversions that are determined to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, or in breach of Offer terms. Validation decisions made by edgecash are final unless subject to a formal dispute process.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include bank transfer (wire), cryptocurrency, PayPal, Payoneer, and other methods as offered by the platform from time to time. edgecash is not responsible for fees charged by payment processors or intermediary financial institutions. All fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving Affiliate.

Taxes and Withholding

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on Commissions received from the platform. edgecash may be required by law to withhold taxes on payments made to certain users and will do so in accordance with applicable tax regulations. We may request tax identification information and relevant documentation as required.

Section 08

Fraud and Abuse Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud or abuse of the platform:

• Generating artificial traffic, clicks, impressions, or Conversions through bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human mechanism.
• Using incentivized traffic, paid-to-click schemes, or offering users any form of compensation for completing Offer actions without explicit Advertiser approval.
• Creating fake leads, using fabricated personal details, or submitting test Conversions as real events.
• Promoting Offers through spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive advertising that misrepresents the nature of the product or service.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate tracking cookies, referral data, or attribution systems.
• Engaging in click injection, cookie stuffing, or any other practice designed to fraudulently claim credit for Conversions.
• Colluding with other users, Advertisers, or third parties to artificially inflate performance metrics or circumvent platform policies.

Consequences

edgecash employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems, manual review processes, and third-party verification tools to monitor traffic and conversion quality on an ongoing basis. Upon detection of suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, edgecash may, at its sole and absolute discretion, take any or all of the following actions:

• Immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Permanent account termination with no right of reinstatement.
• Forfeiture of all accrued and pending commissions in the affected account.
• Recovery of previously disbursed commissions determined to have been earned through fraudulent activity.
• Legal action including civil claims for damages and referral to law enforcement where criminal activity is suspected.
• Industry blacklisting by sharing information with relevant affiliate networks and industry bodies.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

The edgecash platform, including its software, design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, icons, tracking technology, APIs, and all other content and materials contained therein ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of edgecash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent protections.

edgecash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for the purposes contemplated by these Terms — namely, participating as an Affiliate or Advertiser in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time.

Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated tools or manual processes beyond normal use.
• Use the edgecash name, logo, or trademarks in advertising, promotional materials, or domain names without prior written authorization.
• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the platform or its technology to any third party.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on platform materials.

Section 10

Termination

Conditions for Account Termination

edgecash reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User's account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to meet traffic quality, conversion legitimacy, or compliance standards.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or account use.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations in connection with platform use.
• Extended account inactivity, at edgecash's discretion.
• Any conduct that edgecash, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the platform, its Users, or its reputation.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of an account, whether by edgecash or at the User's request:

• All access to the platform, including dashboards, Offers, reporting tools, and tracking links, will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending commissions may be withheld, forfeited, or paid out at edgecash's discretion, depending on the circumstances of termination.
• In cases of termination for fraud or material breach, all accrued and pending commissions are automatically forfeited.
• Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, indemnification, intellectual property restrictions, and fraud liability — shall continue to apply after termination.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, edgecash, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any Offer.

In no event shall edgecash's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the greater of: (a) the total commissions paid to you by edgecash in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred US Dollars ($100.00 USD).

edgecash makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability of the platform, the accuracy of tracking data, or the results that may be obtained from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, edgecash's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 12

Privacy

edgecash is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Users. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information in connection with your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the edgecash platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What personal data we collect and why.
• How we use, share, and protect your data.
• Your rights regarding your personal information.
• Our use of cookies and tracking technologies.
• How to contact us with privacy-related requests or concerns.

If you are processing personal data of third parties (such as end users) in connection with your use of the platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents and providing required disclosures.

Section 13

Modifications to Terms

edgecash reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the platform website with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting us.

Section 14

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the use of the edgecash platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of applicable jurisdiction, and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, edgecash reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.
